Support Student Entrepreneurship - STARTedUP

by Jeremy Miller - Click here to visit FUNdraiser's site

We are looking for passionate catalysts to partner with us in building an entrepreneurial ecosystem for 14-19 year olds.

We envision a world where young people are freed of apathy, purposelessness, addiction and complacency, by embracing the personal responsibility, service, creativity and purpose of an entrepreneurial way of being.

Join our mission of leading students to seek and act on opportunities via an entrepreneurial way of being by donating to the STARTedUP Foundation, 501(c)(3) tax-deductible organization.

Our ecosystem is made up of our 3 tier programming funnel that students go through

Spark - Sparking their interest in entrepreneurship (and sparking their confidence)

Develop - Developing entrepreneurial skill-sets

Execute - Executing entrepreneurial talent in the world

I believe in young people and their power to change the world! They are innovative, eager and simply need some support through mentors and resources to equip them for impact.

22 has always been my lucky number. It was always my student number and I was obsessed with even numbers as a child.

I love what this group of people is doing. In school I was always seen as a trouble maker. Trouble makers are accepted in industry because we find and solve problems. In the government my style has not been as welcomed. I would love to prepare a generation of young people to build the world they want to live in!

I'm nearly 21 and currently in a similar-minded entrepreneurial program called Praxis. In short, Praxis is a 6-month online bootcamp that prepares you for a career in a startup, and gives you the confidence and tools to go out into the world and forge your own path, with or without a degree. I found STARTedUP through Twitter and fell in love with their mission and how it's really trying to be a global entrepreneurial movement for young people. Consider this donation (even if its under $10), as stake in the game. Belief in a brighter future for young people and humanity as a whole.
